Responsibilities

• Good design flair and knowledge in residential and commercial project.

• Prepare and coordinate design concept, mood board, material board, planning, drafting, and rendering.

• Prepare construction drawings, plan, sections, elevations, details, specifications.

• Prepare sketch or 3D drawing.

• Work closely with project director and managers. 

• Ensure work executed by contractor is in accordance with drawing and design and is of acceptable quality and accuracy.

 

Requirements

• Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture.

• Minimum 1 year experience in related field is required for this position.

• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Ms Office, Ms Excel

• Candidate must be willing to travel.

• Must be able to work on Saturday
